  • Culinary Education Center of Monmouth County

The Culinary Education Center is a collaborative effort between Brookdale Community College and Monmouth County Vocational School District. Located on 101 Drury Lane in Asbury Park, NJ, the CEC put on a bake sale to raise money for The Valerie Fund back in early June of 2021. Alberto’s Angels wanted to lend a hand and decided to help with social media promotions and helped sell some freshly baked goods to raise funds for kids fighting cancer and blood disorders. We were allowed entry into the school and were given a tour of the facility as well as insight of the program itself, which helps high school students gain early college credits in the culinary arts. We are proud to collaborate with the amazing people running this program and are planning yet another visit of the school and this time, the cameras will be rolling.
